Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to handle first tier customer support issue.
Requirements:
Associates Degree 1-2 years in a technical support related role Experience working in IT support role (helpdesk, Tier 1 or 2) Effective communication, written and telephone skills Ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency Microsoft environment experience
Key
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues an act as a liaison between customers and account managers Determine the root causes of issues and deliver problems resolutions Create work requests/tickets as needed and direct the request to the proper resource for ticket for resolution Answer routine questions regarding product features, set-up, outages and component level problems Follow up with customers and internal departments on problem resolutions Maintain documentation for issue resolution Accessible during the on-call period to resolve issues that occur outside of normal business hours, as needed
