As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution Perform data entry to update customer records accurately Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Strong computer skills Experience in outbound calling or sales is advantageous Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Prior experience in customer service is preferred Strong experience with Microsoft Office Experience in an industrial setting Customer Service Representative
