This position is for 20 hours a week.
Applicant will report to maintenance director and assist with all building needs.
Must be willing to learn federal regulations, have maintenance experience and have great customer service.
Our residents are the number one priority and staying on top of buildings needs is expected.
Must be able to - Respond to maintenance requests from customers and staff in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance activities- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their maintenance needs - Knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance prkvstllthr Job Types:
