- Coordinate and facilitate social events, outings, and group activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff members.
- Provide care and support to individuals with memory care or dementia needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or working with seniors is preferred.
- Knowledge of aging issues, social work, and dementia care is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
