This position is a valuable asset to our client's and our success, therefore, we are looking to fill this position with a few go-getters who are reliable, self-managed, and eager to learn here in the Youngstown area.
Every day will provide a new set of opportunities, so you'll need to be flexible and open to change.
You will learn product knowledge, our marketing and sales process, how to train people, through a 7-12 month business training program, after which the candidate will take over the marketing department of one of our offices.
Responsibilities:
Engage daily with potential new leads and provide phenomenal customer support to each individual Generate new customer clientele through face to face interactions Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Determine customer's best course of action that includes:
Money saving offers and fits their overall wants and needs Desired Skills:
Must be adaptable and willing to work with newer team members as others get promoted Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or prospective new client meetings (company trips are paid for and flights are provided) Must be committed to achieving goals in a team-based setting Appreciation of a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere Ready to start ASAP This is an entry-level position.
