Responsibilities include student outreach through leads obtained through the institution's efforts.
With support and assistance from the institution, having the ability to maintain a structured follow-up system with student leads.
Identifying hot leads with the goal of guiding the students to take the necessary steps to apply to the institution.
Ideal candidates should have experience working in higher education, but not required.
Being people-orientation and having the appropriate persistence of student follow-up.
Also having the ability to learn and understand computer-based software programs (example:
CRM).
Working well with the team, maintaining a positive outlook and willingness to grow within the role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
