Complete the intake process when a new resident arrives.
Coordinate Service Plan Meetings with the entire team involved with the resident's care.
Complete Service Plans, Discharge Plans, After Care contacts, and other documents as required.
Schedule and/or Reschedule appointments for Group Home and Residents.
Maintain and update each resident's file in accordance with state and accreditation standards.
Email reports to appropriate parties after completion Create necessary administrative documents as needed.
Look after the inventory of office supplies and make purchase requests as necessary.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and knows how to plan ahead High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
Computer competency.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills.
Must be 21 years or older Must be able to pass a background check Job Type:
