Service Dispatcher/ Komar Anchor Plumbing/ Boardman, Ohio Job Description As a Service Dispatcher, your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for plumbing services at customers' homes and dispatching technicians accordingly.
You will also be responsible for updating, calling ahead, and rescheduling customers when necessary.
Your role as a dispatcher will involve working with the service team to match the right technician to each job based on customer feedback, experience and data from recent job history.
Additionally, it is important to promote customer satisfaction by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and care towards customers and their situations.

Plumbing experience helpful but not necessary 2 years customer service experience required Microsoft Office proficient / use Google Apps Full time/ Monday - Friday Responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, commercial, and other departments.
OR Answer multi line phone system Make outbound calls to book and confirm customer appointments for service technicians Escalate issues as necessary and ensure customer follow-up and resolution Gather accurate information from customers over the phone Obtain all necessary information from the customer to be able to provide accurate service estimates when needed Maintain clear communication with the Service and Office Manager Proficiently use computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel Input and update customer database Perform other assigned duties as directed by management This job is ideal for someone who is:
