As a Customer Service/Sales Representative your role will involve aiding customers in discovering the product that suits their needs most effectively, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional instruction.
You'll be expected to provide assistance in developing and implementing our growth strategies.
Candidates with a strong, effective way of communication who can make customers feel comfortable will stand out.
Along with ongoing leadership training you will receive weekly one-on-one coaching to both advance your personal and company goals.

Role
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers Create and execute sales strategies to enhance sales productivity Give knowledgeable answers to customers questions Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Inform customers of discounts and special offers Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service Meet minimum weekly, monthly, & annual productivity and sales goals Working closely with management contributing innovative concepts to enhance sales What we are looking for:
