Meridian HealthCare is looking to hire a full-time Food Service Worker to work at our South Campus in Youngstown.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD SERVICE WORKER Prepares a well-balanced and healthy menu each day.
Follows all requests for special diets in order to assure good patient health.
Maintains the kitchen area and supplies in a clean, safe and sanitary manner, upholding the standards of all federal, state and local licensure/regulations.
Ensures that appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, etc.
) are in operable condition.
Places work orders on all appliances as needed.
Maintains inventory and submits food/beverage orders to supervisor on a weekly basis.
Receives menus and orders food for other programs.
Maintains weekly/monthly food menu according to state/agency standards.
Develops programming to improve life skills of clients (cooking programs).
SCHEDULE FOR A FOOD SERVICE WORKERThis position is working a 4 day work week! Hours are 10 hour shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD SERVICE WORKER Must be able to read and write; follow written and verbal instructions Measure and adapt recipes Operate a microwave, stove top and oven Maintain good personal hygiene and kitchen.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
