Growth opportunities On-the-job training We're looking for a Member Services Representative to help us provide support to our members.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and helping them with any questions, as well as other general teller duties (opening accounts, deposits/withdrawals, etc).
As a Member Services Representative, we expect you to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
You should be highly responsive and able to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
Our ideal candidate must be able to connect with members, as you'll need to resolve issues in person or on the phone.
Ultimately, this member services representative role is an important part of our company's success, as it allows us to offer a superior level of service to our members.
We are looking to fill positions in our Austintown and Boardman offices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
