The work hours are Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm with a 0.
5-hour unpaid lunch break.
We are not open weekends and closed for the 6 major holidays.
What you will be doing to start:
Interact and process orders and service calls for customers Enter orders by phone, email, in person Process internal work orders and data entry Process Maintenance Installation paperwork Process payments, run credit cards, manage a cash box Answer phone calls Manage an email order and work order box Manage will call order paperwork Accuracy and double checking your work Additional duties will be added as you gain experience What you will need for this position:
High school diploma or GED Must be able to read and write English Computer skills Basic office clerical responsibilities Know basic math Training will be provided Be motivated and able to multitask in a sometimes fast paced environment Expect to move around frequently, walk to mailbox or to warehouse office You should know:
We sell motor oil, hydraulic oil, greases, antifreeze, and fuel some knowledge is helpful but not necessary.
We provide equipment and maintain equipment for lubricants and fuel.
