Representatives take incoming calls to assist customers as well as make outgoing sales calls to established loyal customers.
Up to 40 hours available per week, and position exists until January 1st, 2024.
Both daytime and evening shifts are available as the department operates during retail store hours.
Requirements MUST be able to work New Years Eve MUST have weekend availability Exceptional Phone Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain calm demeanor Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to work in a team setting Experience making phone sales (preferred) Previous customer service phone experience (preferred) Must be 18 and able to pass a background check.
