Individuals must be able to work productively alongside others as well as on their own.
Must be able to fully interact with the operation and provide support where required.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Daily reporting of attendance and rosters.
Returns processing and reporting.
Preparing outgoing shipping labels for the 2nd shift.
Compiling and sending various systems-generated reports.
Responding to customer emails in a timely fashion.
Verify completed orders and print shipping documents.
File documents Provide administrative support to department manager.
Maintain an organized workplace.
Additional job functions may be assigned as business needs dictate.
Position also requires the ability to share in the responsibilities of other clerical during absenteeism and vacations.
This may require overtime.
