Our dealership is growing, and we are in need of a Parts Counter Advisor that will be responsible for helping technicians, service advisors, retail customers and wholesale clients.

Responsibilities and Duties Sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers of companion part requirements, parts specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Reviews shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
Experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson preferred.
Parts experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Mechanical aptitude and Ford experience a plus.
