Reliability Based Maintenance Technician (RBM)
KEY
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing the following on equipment in your area:
Precision alignments of equipment Precision balancing tasks of equipment.
Vibration/Infrared/Ultrasonic/Oil analysis for equipment applicable for these predictive t EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
At least 7 years minimum experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance.
Preferred one (1) year experience with vibration, infrared, ultrasound, oil analysis, and equipment alignment.
CMMS (MP2 or SAP) experience, strongly preferred.
Must have an A maintenance status.
Demonstrated knowledge of skills with Microsoft applications.
Must be knowledgeable in the use of measuring and test equipment.
Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work in team environment and provide support to other departmental functions as needed.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or GED CRITICAL COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES:
