6K - $40K a year We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Youngstown! The maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors.
Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and on call for emergencies.
(This will be on a rotating basis) We offer:

Appliance Repair Electrical Basic Plumbing HVAC experience is a plus! Drywall Painting Additional

Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience.
