Responsibilities - Entering the accounting of sales into DMS system -Verifying inventory and vehicle receivable for accuracy on each deal after posted -Process lien and lease payoffs of incoming pre-owned vehicles -Prepare dealer trades from start to finish -ACH fundings posted to vehicle receivables -Process titling for New and Used vehicles electronically -Send out Wholesale title, address issues with titles/liens, communicate with Finance/Sales when needed Qualifications Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong detail and organizational skills Previous title and billing experience Strong analytical and numbers sense Job Type:
