Summary:
Will perform general maintenance and repairs of the country club.
Keep facility tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs and cleaning.
Empty trash and uphold clean trash cans.
Maintain clean pavement around all the curbing in the parking lots and at the entrances.
Pressure wash when necessary to clean main thorough fare areas.
Ensure each entrance is clean and floor mats are tidy and in place.
Help management with opening and any issues or problems.
Fuel the vehicles for the week including the cargo van and shuttle.
Replace light bulbs when needed and maintain light fixtures.
Make certain the patio is clean and setup appropriately for the day.
Assist with any pool maintenance as assigned.
Has handyman skills and can make general repairs.
