In order to qualify, you must meet the Specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative Support Positions. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
One year of specialized experience for GS-0303-06 level positions which includes knowledge of and ability to apply an extensive body of management and/or program analysis technical rules, guidelines, instructions, ad precedents and data gathering methods to a wide range of situations in evaluating administrative operations, performing duties such as planning the steps to take to complete assignments, identifying problems from collected data and selecting solutions from alternative in guidelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the GS-05 grade/level position or equivalent in the federal service. NOTE:
You must submit a copy of COLLEGE transcripts IF USING EDUCATION ALONE TO QUALIFY. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of common clerical practices and office routines, basic rules of grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation, and of standard abbreviations. Knowledge of format and clerical procedures to arrange a variety of material from different sources and skill in integrating a variety of types of software to generate products for a single purpose. Skill in assessing personnel resource requirements and knowledge of personnel documentation and reporting procedures. Qualified typist is required. Knowledge of reserve programs and skill in scheduling for requirements and knowledge of official orders preparation instructions and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy and knowledge of processes used in the ordering and distribution of forms. Thorough knowledge of the mission, functions and policies of the organization and knowledge of administrative and personnel processes and knowledge of civilian time keeping program, procedures, and instructions. Experience:
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
