Seeking solid big picture leader with track record of operational excellence and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma and improving the P&L ratios.
Shall:
Prepare and maintain a budget and consistently track and ensure performance.
Oversee the interaction of sales and operations to maximize client experience.
Provide leadership, planning, and assist in directing manufacturing activities, personnel, and projects.
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and ensure that employees follow established safety rules to ensure the goal of zero injuries.
Plan and direct the layout of equipment, workflow, processing methods, and work force utilization.
Manage a plant profit and loss statement as well manage capital budget in excess of several tens of millions of dollars.
Qualifications:
BS degree.
Multi-site or large site plant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of lean plastic molding manufacturing operations.
Previous budget responsibility.
Software driven Lean Six Sigma manufacturing experience.
Top base salary to $145,000 and added incentives including extensive executive perquisites and significant upside potential stock participation are only part of the complete employment package.
