Responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient calls with primary responsibility of scheduling encounters, accurately capturing patient demographic information, and verifying insurances through a pre-registration process.
Often the first interaction with patients and he/she is responsible for ensuring the patient receives excellent customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to problem solve, and great attention to detail.
Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a call center setting.
Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:
30am-4pm.
