We are looking for a skilled professional with proven experience in an IT support role.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional technical support to our staff.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network management, and delivering timely and efficient solutions to IT-related problems.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing cloud-based servers, local applications, network engineering, network maintenance, and desktop security.
Programming and development projects will be available based on interest and proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents Install and configure software and hardware resources Perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades of computer hardware Manage and maintain different server systems Track and document incidents, resolutions, and changes Identify and escalate critical issues requiring urgent attention Design and deploy websites using various web technologies Enhance features of custom software applications
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of fundamental operations of relevant software and hardware equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Experience with Active Directory (Users, Groups) management Familiarity with remote systems and servers Understanding of NAS and file server structures Knowledge of Office 365 products and administration Previous experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Proficiency in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Git Beneficial Experience in the Following Areas:
Microsoft Teams and remote management software File Servers Remote Desktop Support Office Network Printers (MFDs) Operating Systems - Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, iOS, Android, Linux Programming Software - Visual Studio, Git Cloud Infrastructure - Azure, Google, AWS Job Type:
